I am buying a gift, can it be sent directly to someone else?

In any case, just click on "add new address" on the delivery page during the checkout process and fill in the details. If you would like your item to be gift wrapped, we can do that for you too. The gift will be beautifully wrapped in our premium gift wrap and accompanied by a card with your gift message printed on it.

Which means of payment can I use?

Lots - and we make sure it's safe and secure too. You can pay in part or in full using your credit or debit card, PayPal or Toby Tiger Gift Certificates. We do not accept American Express cards. How can I tell if something fits?

For a handy reference, see the sizing guide tab listed with each item. However, if you're looking for general sizing information, check out this guide .

What's the best way to wash Toby Tiger's clothes?

Our laundry can be washed very well at 30 degrees - and the environment is less burdened. Don't forget to check the care label on your garments to make sure you don't have any special instructions. Since our clothes are made from 100% cotton, they don't do well in the tumble dryer - so stay away.

Do I need the back of the applique on the inside of my garment?

The thin backing material on the inside of the appliqué may come off after a few washes. Don't worry, this is perfectly normal and will not affect the quality or comfort of your clothing.

How can I return an item?

We offer hassle-free returns because we know sometimes you need to send something back. Go to our dedicated page and follow our simple return procedure .

Where are Toby Tiger's clothes made?

Our clothes are made in a lovingly run family factory in India. As part of the GOTS certification, the factory is audited to ensure workers have a safe and clean environment and are paid fairly.

What does GOTS mean?

Help save our planet and go organic. GOTS stands for Global Organic Textiles Standard and is the leading processing standard for textiles made from ecological fibers. There are a lot of things GOTS does to prove that organic clothing has been made to an ethical and environmentally friendly standard. Here are a few key points:

  • GOTS ensures that anyone who claims their cotton is organic really is. GOTS follows the cotton manufacturing process from A to Z. This means that GOTS audits from the people who pick the cotton in the field, to the factories where the clothes are made, to our team at headquarters. So when you see the GOTS certification on our Toby Tiger clothing, you can be sure that our wonderful suppliers comply with the GOTS environmental, social and ethical standards.
  • It is very important to us that happy workers make our happy clothes. GOTs inspect factories to ensure workers work in a safe and clean environment and are paid a fair, living wage.
  • GOTS-certified clothing must not contain any allergenic or toxic chemicals and is therefore safe for even the most sensitive skin. GOTS bans chemicals that can cause disease and pollutants that can damage ecosystems. This makes farmers and factory workers happier and our planet too. A big deal for us.
  • GOTS-certified factories have to prove how much water and energy they use to produce their cotton. GOTS sets goals and practices that help reduce exposure.
