  • Elements use the title attribute which produces browser-native tooltips that cannot be dismissed, hovered over, or controlled by the user.
  • Inline scripts contain patterns that automatically dismiss hover/focus-triggered content using setTimeout/setInterval, violating the persistent requirement.
  • Form or form element automatically submits when focused, without explicit user action.
